The charge for the 'Le Bourg' for 2012 will be a flat rate of €600 per week - based on 4 people using the main house. The use of the annex for additional accommodation is charged at a further  €150 per week.

Please note: When you book the house on its own without the annex this will not be occupied during your stay.

Security deposit

Rentals are secured on payment of a deposit cheque, in your own currency, of 25% of the rental. This will be held as a security deposit against any damages, missing items, extra cleaning costs, inappropriate rubbish re-cycling  and chargeable telephone calls and is refunded within 14 days of departure. 

The balance can be paid in Euros by Bank EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or  in cash on arrival - this is only to avoid unnecessary bank charges - the accommodation is registered in France : SIRET No. 52315838400017

Liability and Insurance / Assurances

All visitors are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no responsibility for accidents. The owners of 'Le Bourg' will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature however sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the property and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation however sustained, such activity and occupation are carried out at the individual's own risk.
