A delightful detached 4 bedroom longere  over two floors nestling on its own grounds offering lovely views over the Southern Touraine countryside.  The house is ideally located in the hamlet of Les Nocereaux just outside the village of Barrou and within minutes of the charming village of Le Grand Pressigny in the Loire Valley. The hamlet's location halfway between the cities of Tours and Poitiers makes it an ideal base to explore the Loire Valley, its many chateaux and pretty villages as well as the department of Vienne where you can visit the theme park of Futuroscope.
  The nearest chateaux at Le Guerche and Le Grand Pressigny are only minutes away. You can have a true French experience as the area is relatively 'tourist free' but still take advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer, everything from picturesque villages, citadel towns   ( many with their own chateau), sandy beaches by beautiful lakes, safari parks and troglodytes.
There is safe river swimming nearby at the bridge between Barrou and Lesigny where they have made a small 'beach' area.
There are many gites and self catering properties to rent for your French holiday, but the houses we offer are all complete family homes, giving you spacious accommodation while retaining much of there French charm. They are all private and self-contained 'home from homes'.

The house has a large comfortable salon with beamed ceiling and tiled floor. There is a wood-burner for the cooler months.

The kitchen/diner has a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus all you need in a 'home from home'.

 

There are 4 good sized bedrooms in the house. The first is off the lounge on the first floor and is spacious and airy.

Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms - the roomy master bedroom..........

A good sized twin-bedded room..........

With a delightful children's room off it with two beds.
Downstairs there is a good sized family bathroom.

Upstairs there is a separate w.c. and a shower room
